Global Guest Educator: Paul Percival
Renowned across the UK and beyond, Paul Percival (@paulpercivalhair) is celebrated for his celebrity clientele, editorial expertise, and industry-defining approach to hair. With over 25 years of experience, Paul has mastered all aspects of hairdressing and earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the industry’s most talented stylists.
He continues to be a leading session stylist and is the founder of the acclaimed Percy & Reed central London salon. Paul’s work spans numerous publications, fashion weeks, and collaborations with some of the biggest names in film, but is probably best known for working with many of the biggest names in music - from the Spice Girls and Bjork, to Kylie Minogue, Ellie Goulding and Calvin Harris.
Paul’s hairdressing style is defined by its simplicity, elegance, and modern edge. He favours clean lines, soft texture, and natural movement, often adding a spontaneous twist to give each look its own personality. It’s a balance of discipline and creativity that has become his trademark - whether he’s creating effortlessly cool editorial hair or shaping a look for the stage or screen.
As BaBylissPRO’s Global Ambassador, his stage presence is magnetic, and his education sessions are not to be missed. This will be Paul’s first-time live-in Australia, making it an unmissable opportunity for stylists and barbers alike. With two decades of barbering experience, Lance is co-owner of The Loft Barbershop and a driving force behind men's grooming education. His motto, "Never stop learning, stay on your grind and keep it top shelf," is reflected in every cut and class he delivers.
Lino D’Adderio (@linodeducator)
With a barbering legacy spanning back to 1989, Lino now runs Luigi and Sons Barbershop and is a respected AMBA Hall of Fame inductee. His classic-meets-modern approach and dedication to mentoring has earned him national recognition.
Jonathan Tavita Goodwin (@taperedout)
As National Education Manager for Tommy Gun’s and a BaBylissPRO educator, Jonathan brings a unique blend of traditional and modern styling. His dynamic presentations captivate audiences in person and online.
